Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at a2z Driverforce Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the RoleAs an Executive Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image for our company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.
