Job Title: Executive Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Inspiretci. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and handle all telephone communications.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain vendor and financial files, including bank statements, and make check deposits as needed.
- Assist with human resources support, including maintaining personnel files, benefits support, and payroll reporting.
- Work closely with management to ensure quality KPIs are achieved and maintained for continuous business and customer service improvements.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher or work experience equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting C-Level Executives or senior level administrative experience.
- Extensive experience in coordinating, planning, and supporting daily operational and administrative functions.
- Accomplished knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Access, and Microsoft Project.
