Regional Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and ensuring the successful operation of our retail locations in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of store managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze business trends across stores within the district
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with management to grow market share and drive growth
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Retail Industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem identification and conflict management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel throughout Alberta

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development
