About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and ensuring the successful operation of our retail locations in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of store managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Monitor and analyze business trends across stores within the district
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with management to grow market share and drive growth
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Retail Industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem identification and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel throughout Alberta
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development
