About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead our team in the Electrical & Automation Industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our electrical branch, ensuring seamless execution of sales, warehousing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
    • Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to team members to ensure they meet their performance goals
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement, ensuring accurate budgeting, expense control, and inventory management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and drive business growth
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated supervisory and sales experience in the electrical industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
