About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the operations of our branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
  • Manage the branch's P&L, including budgets, expenses, and inventory
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
