- Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses strong personal leadership qualities and demonstrates a solid understanding of business operations.
- Forward-thinking mindset and the ability to positively influence and drive organizational change.
- Capable of partnering with and influencing senior leaders, as well as building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Committed to delivering excellent HR services and operational excellence.
