Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at NB Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and resolve inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage switchboard, answer phone calls, and relay messages to relevant personnel.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with basic bookkeeping duties.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability and flexibility
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
