A Day in the Life

  • Support new and existing customers with product and service recommendations
  • Promote customer retention through strong relationships and quality service
  • Navigate insurance partner portals to complete customer applications
  • Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-ins
  • Communicate with Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business
  • Liaise between clients and external partners for fair representation
  • Continuous self-development through industry involvement and courses

The Value You Bring

  • General Insurance Level 2 License is an asset
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
  • Desire to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Passion for helping people and self-driven determination

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week
