Key Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Business Development Specialist with Western Financial Group, you will be responsible for building and managing a book of business, ensuring your customers have the coverage they need. This role involves supporting new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required, promoting retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service, and navigating multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.

Requirements:

General Insurance Level 2 License is an asset. Experience providing excellent customer service is required. You must be able to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email. Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience is also necessary. A desire to learn new systems and processes is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different work environments are also required. Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed are key qualities for this role.
