About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at 1338079 B.C. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving growth through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and drive customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
