Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Customer Experience: Address customers' complaints, provide customer service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
