We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1338079 B.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead our restaurant to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to build a loyal customer base.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
