We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
- Operational Management: Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and overtime required. The restaurant is located in a rural area, with public transportation available.
