Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1338079 B.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
