Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure quality nursing care in various settings.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records of patient progress.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to facilitate timely interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
Requirements
  • A valid RPN license in Canada, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program, demonstrating expertise in nursing principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, providing valuable insight into the delivery of patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
