Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our cosmetics department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business metrics to develop action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Work closely with vendors to maximize sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on new products and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales or management role in the cosmetics industry.
  • Knowledge of skin and body care treatments.
  • Certified Make-up Artist.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
