Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hyderabad Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Culinary Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of cooks, kitchen assistants, and other culinary staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
