About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work within a client and family-centered care model, providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans, as well as collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
