We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced administrative services coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, oversee office procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
As an administrative services coordinator with Alberta Ltd., you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
You will assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral communication, and strong written communication skills. You must be organized, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A basic security clearance is required for this position.
Work Environment:
This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will have a large workload, but you will be supported by a team of colleagues.
