Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior leaders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior directors/managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets
- Assist with payroll functions and monitor position control information
- Provide direction and guidance to junior employees as needed

Requirements:
- Five years of directly related experience
- Excellent typing speed (65 wpm) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
