Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Executive Systems Director to lead our technical operations team. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and operations of technology and scheduling systems, records management, digital service delivery systems, and statistical data collection and reporting.
  Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, this role is responsible for supervising a team of support staff and ensuring effective administration and delivery of program and service priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Leading and providing guidance to a team of support staff.
  • Overseeing and managing Klinic's record-keeping systems.
  • Responsible for development, implementation, management, evaluation, and identifying improvement opportunities for operations/program standards and procedures.
  • Working with quality and evaluation staff to create reports and assist in the development of evaluation tools.

  The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership and supervisory skills, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting to facilitate and maintain a collaborative team environment.

Education and Experience:
  A Certificate in Health Care Administration or post-secondary training in a related field is required. Preference for certification in project management. Five years' experience in healthcare administration in a clinical setting is also required.
