Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to manage client relationships across multiple North American Higher Education accounts.

About the Role:
  • Manage client relationships and gain a deep understanding of their needs
  • Keep clients informed of the latest D2L products, services, and events
  • Analyze the impact of these on clients and effectively manage renewals
  • Exceed revenue objectives within assigned territory
  • Forecast and manage contract renewal process while meeting book of business targets
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will be self-motivated, committed to excellence, and detail-oriented.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a SaaS sales-oriented account management role
  • Client-facing experience in sales, support, or service
  • Knowledge of Solution Selling Methodology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,500—$110,000 CAD, as well as additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
