At Astra North Infoteck Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in ITSM, with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow. Our ServiceNow Developer Administrator will be responsible for implementing and managing the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and custom integration methods.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage ServiceNow platform features
• Provide integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and custom integration methods
• Manage and set up Configuration Management using ServiceNow Discovery
• Engage with clients and gather requirements
• Create high-level design documents
• Identify areas of concern and improve customer ServiceNow landscapes

Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in ITSM
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Strong technical background and knowledge of architecture frameworks
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
• Knowledge of HR Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, Legal and Facilities, and Asset Management
