About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform major diagnostics and repairs on all equipment in the fleet with minimal supervision.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and coach apprentices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Work safely, following all safety programs and procedures, and champion best practices within the organization.
- Organize work effectively, ensuring all necessary information, parts, and tooling are available prior to attending a worksite.

Requirements
- Certification as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and examine technical information to diagnose mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and apprentices.
