About the Role

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform major diagnostics and repairs on all equipment in the fleet with minimal supervision.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and coach apprentices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Work safely, following all safety programs and procedures, and champion best practices within the organization.
  • Organize work effectively, ensuring all necessary information, parts, and tooling are available prior to attending a worksite.

Requirements



  • Certification as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and examine technical information to diagnose mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and apprentices.
  • _ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality service and customer satisfaction.
