We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Great West Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of service and compliance with our established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform major diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment with minimal supervision
- Provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and coach apprentices in their technical skills
- Work safely and follow all safety programs and procedures
- Organize and prioritize work to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Red Seal certification as a Heavy Equipment Technician
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong focus on quality service
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and carrying
