**Job Summary:**

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant/Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our public sector clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its application in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement CMDB health dashboards, processes, and remediation tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing skills, communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in service management, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
  • Proven experience implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience in data modeling and database management.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - preferred.
