About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant/Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow data models and CMDBs
  • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and deliver training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in service management, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
  • Proven experience implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
  • Experience in data modeling and database management
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Compensation

$205 per hour
