**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant/Configuration Specialist – CSDM to join our team at Affinity Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and providing expert-level support for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Implement CSDM:** Design and implement the CSDM for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing IT systems.
  • **ITSM and ITOM Expertise:** Provide expert-level support for ITSM and ITOM modules, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • **CMDB Management:** Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • **Data Analysis:** Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to our clients.
  • **Client Communication:** Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
  • **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • **Certifications:** Possess ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification, or be willing to obtain it.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 5+ years' experience in service management, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  • **Skills:** Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.

**Hourly Rate:** $205 per hour
