Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our team, ensuring that Electrobac continues its path of rapid and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent who share our passion for making a significant environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly talent forecasting sessions with the C-suite to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for open positions, leveraging your expertise in recruitment and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring alignment with our company values.
  • Support managers in crafting personal development or improvement plans for team members.
  • Organize training and development opportunities to maximize internal hires.
  • Continually update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal compliance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
  • Proven expertise in recruitment and headhunting.
  • Independent and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Capacity to travel from time to time to meet partners, clients, and the team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, a flexible and hybrid remote work policy, 4 weeks of vacation, a comprehensive benefits package, and an RRSP program.
