Job Overview
IKO North America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Quebec. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring process, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and attracting top-tier talent. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting effective shortlisting, reviewing job descriptions, and providing insights to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct timely and effective shortlisting to ensure suitable candidates are presented to hiring managers
* Review job descriptions and advertisements to ensure they are clear, appealing, and comply with regulations
* Provide expertise in interpreting test results, shortlists, interviews, and assessment center performance
* Act as a sounding board on candidate performance and corporate cultural fit
* Ensure high candidate experience and professionalism by mastering recruitment tools and processes
* Prioritize roles effectively and optimize time-to-fill vacancies by tracking KPIs
* Design and facilitate interviews and assessment centers
* Administer and interpret psychometric tests, offering insights to hiring managers
* Conduct targeted searches for key roles as required
* Coordinate recruitment activity for overseas hires, internal transfers, and secondments

Requirements
* 1-2 years of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role, focusing on experienced hires
* Bilingual in French and English is required
* In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Sound decision-making and critical thinking skills
* Degree in Business Management or team leadership training is a plus
* Experience in ATS usage and calibration
* Previous recruitment experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting is an asset
