Position Summary

As an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our team, ensuring our rapid and sustainable growth continues. With a hybrid work setting and 40 employees across Montreal and Cambridge, ON, your mission is to attract, develop, and retain top talent passionate about making a significant environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly talent forecasting sessions with the C-suite.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for open positions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring alignment with our values.
  • Support managers in crafting personal development or improvement plans for team members.
  • Organize training and development opportunities to maximize internal hires.
  • Update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal compliance.
Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
  • Proven expertise in recruitment and headhunting.
  • Independent and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Capacity to travel from time to time to meet partners, clients, and the team.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-growth environment and CHRP or IRC designation.
