Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

IKO North America is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless hiring process, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and attracting top-tier talent.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Quebec, Canada. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with various teams across the organization, including recruiting and developing top talent for key roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective and timely shortlisting to ensure the most suitable candidates are seen by hiring managers.
- Expertise in interpreting test results, shortlists, interviews, and assessment center performance.
- Review job descriptions and ensure job advertisements are posted in an effective, clear, and appealing manner.
- Prioritize roles effectively and optimize time to fill vacancies by tracking KPIs.
- Design and facilitate interviews and assessment centers.
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests, offering insights to hiring managers.
- Conduct targeted searches for key roles as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role, focusing on experienced hires.
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Sound decision-making and critical thinking skills.
