Job Title: Scheduler Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler Coordinator to join our team at Community Living St. Catharines.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping.

In addition, they will provide administrative support to staff members and assist with tasks related to community services and client care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping;
  • Provide administrative support to staff members;
  • Assist with tasks related to community services and client care;
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
