Client Advisor, Luxury Retail Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and shaping the brand experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Develop a client base and drive store revenue
- Provide product knowledge and deliver the highest level of service
- Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
- While not required, Mandarin and Cantonese are considered a strong asset
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
