About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician at ON THE GO FACILITY SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, steam cleaners, and upholstery cleaning equipment to remove dirt, debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Specialized Tasks: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform repetitive tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Environment: Willing to work in all weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and willing to train.
Work Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 36 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
