We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at LJB Maintenance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Handling Lost and Found Items: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Providing Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • General Maintenance: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
