About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our front-line support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our fans and ensuring a seamless game-day experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Ensure high-quality customer service satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
  • Balance and account for cash and debit/credit receipts in a secure and accurate manner
  • Organize and distribute will-call tickets to ensure timely delivery
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the success of our team
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-focused business environment
  • Proven ability to act professionally in responding to customers and problem-solving
  • Experience taking payments in cash or using debit/credit machines
  • Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets and ticketing database
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proven communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed
Work Schedule
  • Full-time (32+ hours/week)
  • Weekday shifts
  • Rotating Saturday shifts (in season)
  • All Roughrider home games
  • Roughrider special events
