Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update spool drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and distribute job information while maintaining document control standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide updates on drafting status.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams on nonconformance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Analyze data, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and quality.

About the Role:

  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in drafting for industrial or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., SpoolFab Acorn).
  • Understanding of isometrics and relevant technical drawing standards.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
