About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at BIDS TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to play a key role in our purchasing process.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, maintaining adequate stock levels, negotiating prices and credit terms, providing customer service, reviewing establishment requirements, and visiting trade shows and product design events.

Skillset:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong sales, buying, and merchandise needs analysis skills, as well as excellent negotiation, pricing, and communication skills. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential, and you must be comfortable combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Experience:
This is a permanent position requiring 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in procurement or a related field, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required, and you must be able to work 30 hours per week.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
