**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including order information, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure efficient logistics and stock management.
- Monitor market trends and conduct supplier evaluations to ensure high-quality product sourcing.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality of goods.
- Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in distribution logistics.
- Experience in the frozen and seafood industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Bilingual in English and **Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)** is a plus.
