Sales Director/Business Development Manager for LATAM

At T-Net British Columbia, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director/Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in the Latin America market (LATAM). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to penetrate new countries and key regional prospects, driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand our presence in LATAM, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business executives, and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Meet sales targets and revenue goals, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in opening new businesses in LATAM, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • 4+ years of experience in C-UAS sales to the Governmental Market in LATAM.
  • Fluent (Native/Bilingual) in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Proven experience in successfully opening subsidiary companies and business units in LATAM.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes of importing dual-use C-UAS systems to LATAM key countries.
