Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office operations. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other materials
  • Reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming details
  • Answering phone calls and responding to messages
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Arranging travel and making reservations
  • Maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and documents
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
