Key Responsibilities:
- Develop repairs for engine components
- Reprocess cost evaluation and recommendations for reduction
- Develop repair on non-conforming parts
- Perform technical manual reviews
- Review tooling requirements and implement into shop
- Write technical reports and procedures
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives
- Create electronic manual revisions
- Perform engine performance analysis
- Find alternative cleaning, plating, thermal spraying and coatings methods
- Assist in engine and accessories troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles
- Working knowledge of computers and MS Office experience/knowledge
- Must have completed minimum 1st Year of Engineering studies
