Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop repairs for engine components
  • Reprocess cost evaluation and recommendations for reduction
  • Develop repair on non-conforming parts
  • Perform technical manual reviews
  • Review tooling requirements and implement into shop
  • Write technical reports and procedures
  • Coordinate process improvement initiatives
  • Create electronic manual revisions
  • Perform engine performance analysis
  • Find alternative cleaning, plating, thermal spraying and coatings methods
  • Assist in engine and accessories troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office experience/knowledge
  • Must have completed minimum 1st Year of Engineering studies
