About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, working closely with our Director of Human Resources CF34/CFM56 & GE TRDC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to deliver high-quality HR services and support the development of our employees.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong background in partnership with operations. You will possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. A Bachelor's degree in a field related to personnel management is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to business unit leaders, providing guidance on recruitment, selection, employee development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Assist in coordinating relocation efforts for candidates hired from outside geographical areas, as well as internal candidates relocating to other sites.
  • Administer policies and procedures for employment, placement, termination, and transfer of employees, ensuring consistent and equitable application of organization policies.
  • Provide advice, counsel, and support for benefits, training, compliance programs, and HR Information Systems to business units.

  • Strong analytic skills and problem-solving.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Thorough knowledge of related company administrative policies and procedures.
