HR Administration Coordinator

At EWS Group, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our Corporate - HR team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management and administration of Human Resources, supporting the entire HR team with any assistance they may require. Your responsibilities will include managing special projects, tracking HR diligence completion, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and monitoring compliance for performance management processes.

Job Requirements- University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline, preferred.
- CHRP designation, or working towards, is an asset.
- 2-3 years working at a similar level.
- Experience with legislative compliance (including AODA, H&S, and harassment in the workplace).
- Ability to handle documents to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with the management and administration of HR systems including performance management, compensation, and HR record keeping.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; with the ability to build strong relationships with everyone within the organization.
- Strong attention to detail.
