We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our Corporate - HR team at EWS Group. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management and administration of Human Resources, supporting the entire HR team with any assistance they may require. Your responsibilities will include managing special projects, tracking HR diligence completion, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and monitoring compliance for performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supports HR with special projects including the annual management learning conference, recognition events, and key corporate initiatives.
  2. Tracks HR diligence completion and assists with acquisitions data.
  3. Coordinates learning and development initiatives.
  4. Monitors compliance for the performance management process; ensures employees receive probationary and annual appraisals.
  5. Coordinates annual review of corporate policies and updates through Workday and with HR Advisors.
  6. Assists with compensation adjustment process and related budgets; manages data collection for annual compensation changes (base pay and commissions), ranges, and related job evaluation processes.
  7. Liaises with HR Advisors for information distribution and collection.
  8. Provides general guidance to managers and employees on HR functions and policies.
  9. Provides input to ensure sound HR practices for effective management of the HR function.
  10. Maintains electronic employee records including vacation requests and time and attendance record keeping; ensures all personnel files are up-to-date and meet legislative compliance guidelines.
  11. Provides support to HRIS Manager for Workday administration; responds to general Workday inquiries, password changes, and assists managers and employees in navigating through Workday.
  12. Coordinates various corporate reports.
  13. Provides input and support on key HR initiatives and projects to foster a high-performing work culture.
  14. Creates customer letters for employees when needed.
