Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at Foot Locker. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  2. Store Operations: Execute company standards in recruiting, hiring, training, visual merchandising, and store operations to drive sales and profitability.
  3. Customer Experience: Enhance brand loyalty by empowering your team to create a personalized and engaging experience for customers.
  4. Performance Management: Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store visual directives and standards are maintained to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  6. Product Knowledge: Teach associates product knowledge and how to apply their learnings to the customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting with demonstrated leadership ability.
  2. Customer Focus: Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  3. Results-Oriented: Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
  4. Adaptability: Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
  5. Cognitive and Mathematical Skills: Strong problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis skills.
  6. Integrity and Trust: High level of ethics, values, and integrity.
  7. Availability: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
