Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service, product knowledge, and store appearance.
  • Merchandise Strategy: Implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Sales and Operations: Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
