Key Responsibilities

  • Provide receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and directing clients to appropriate specialists and agencies
  • Assist clients with general information and type correspondence and other documents as required
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, coordinate outgoing mail, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills to create accurate, visually-pleasing documents using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with and effective implementation of office management practices and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks

Working Hours

  • 36 hours per week, with one day off every two weeks
