About the Role:

This role involves providing product expertise and support to customers and dealership personnel, selling new and used equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices and be able to communicate effectively with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company for the sale of new and used machinery to walk-in customers
  • Participate in required sales activities such as cold calling, customer follow-ups, and monitoring tender submissions
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales paperwork and DIT processes
  • Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customers
  • Coordinate in-branch displays and merchandising of equipment
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations and promotions

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming practices preferred
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, competitive wages (salary + commission), in-house training and learning opportunities.
